The Doorstep Baker

At The Doorstep Baker, I proudly craft artisanal sourdough, a variety of yeasted breads and breads without gluten that celebrate both flavour and inclusivity. My seven-year-old sourdough starters and use of local quality flours are the heart of my work, which also reaches local market pop ups. I include the knowledge of how I taught myself to make homemade bread, in my relaxed and friendly workshops. Head to the free recipe page on here and discover bread making for yourself today.

Courses and Workshops “One of the best courses I’ve done. Cooking my own bread weekly now and even experimenting with my own flavours of sourdough. Highly recommended.” Jayne, Bewdley, Worcestershire. Come on a bread for daily life baking workshop or an All sorts of bread workshop. There’s even a baking without gluten workshop. Head to the workshops page for more, including Christmas and Easter bakes. Lots to choose from.
